SKLD Redeems ₦1.28 Billion Commercial Paper

SKLD Integrated Services redeemed its ₦1.28 billion Series 15 Commercial Paper on schedule this month, continuing its track record of meeting financial obligations to investors.

The company closed FY 2025 with revenue of ₦10.8 billion, up 35% year-over-year. Profit after tax nearly doubled to ₦187 million. Growth was distributed across educational supplies retail (29% of revenue) and humanitarian supplies (38%), demonstrating the strength of SKLD’s diversified model.

SKLD is now scaling. The company plans to grow its retail footprint from 7 to 20 locations nationwide and increase local garment manufacturing capacity to 40,000 units monthly. These expansions support growing institutional demand while reducing import dependence and improving supply chain resilience.

Since Alitheia Capital’s investment, SKLD has consistently demonstrated the discipline required to access capital markets, meet obligations, and reinvest in growth infrastructure. This is what sustainable scaling looks like in practice.
