The second edition of W.O.M.A.N by Alitheia is hosted in collaboration with the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and Manufacturing Africa, with a strategic focus on advancing Africa’s energy transition and green industrial transformation. Themed “Scaling Sustainable Manufacturing & Energy Transition for women -Led SMEs in Africa” , W.O.M.A.N will bring together women entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, and ecosystem enablers to share insights, unlock opportunities, and accelerate a gender-inclusive, climate-smart industrial future. We will also launch of Nzinga, Alitheia Capital’s capacity building platform for SME’s alongside Manufacturing Africa’s Green Business Building Initiative.

- Supported 874 smallholder farmers, including 521 female farmers, resulting in over 141% increase in income

- Provided over USD 200,000 in loans to farmers, boosting average yields to 26.3 tons per hectare and increasing smallholder incomes to an average of USD 424
